Michael Jackson dead at 50

We just heard this news. What a shit way to start the day.

Regardless of your views on his personal life, no one can doubt Michael Jackson was ridiculously talented and changed the face (excuse the pun) of music.

The Auteur

Re-watching 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' recently has rekindled our love for all things Michel Gondry. It's not surprising the movie is so amazing, being the brainchild of two of the most remarkable creative geniuses of our time in Gondry and Charlie Kaufman.

While we can't post the whole movie on here, we do thoroughly recommend you go and see it if you haven't already.

We still wanted to give you a taste of Gondry though, so here is the 2004 film clip for Michael Andrews and Gary Jules' cover of Tears for Fears haunting ballad 'Mad World'. Directed by the man himself, the beautiful simplicity of the video is quintessential Gondry.

Gondry was also responsible for Daft Punk's legendary 'Around The World' film clip. Brilliant.

Daftcrastination

So I was messing around on iDaft when I was reminded of this amateur Harder Better Faster Stronger film clip.

I'm just going to put this out there - best single-shot video of all time.
